The LGU Alangalang, headed by Mayor Lovely Yu-Castro, through the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) under the leadership of Rex Caraballa, released the incentives to our Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES) beneficiaries last Saturday, August 30, 2025 at the ABC Hall. This program, in partnership with DOLE, provides meaningful work opportunities to our youth while helping them earn and support their education.
