The Municipality of Alangalang officially launched the KADIWA Rollout under the FARM Program on December 5, 2025. Mayor Lovely Yu Castro led the activity together with Atty. Camille Villaflor representing Cong. Martin Romualdez, representatives from NIA, and Ms. Annielyn Costiniano of the Department of Economy, Planning and Development. This initiative aims to provide affordable rice to families while strengthening support for our farmer-beneficiaries in Leyte.
