LOOK: The Provincial Government of Leyte headed by Governor Carlos Jericho Petilla represented by Special Project Head LTOO IV Clarisa Maderazo spearheaded the orientation earlier at the Executive Room, Office of the Municipal Mayor on the implementation of the Quick Medical Record (QMER) System in the municipality. The said activity was attended by Municipal Health Office staff and some Barangay Health Workers which aimed to strengthen local health service delivery by streamlining patient records, enhancing data accuracy, and ensuring faster access to vital health information through the QMeR System.
