LGU Alangalang MDRRMO successfully conducted an earthquake evacuation drill. The exercise was conducted in Child Development Center in Barangay Blumentritt, Alangalang Leyte held on January 25, 2024, engaged both pupils and their parents in a simulated emergency scenario aimed at preparing them for potential earthquake situations.

The drill included practical demonstrations of evacuation procedures, safe assembly points, and basic earthquake safety measures. Parents and children worked together to practice these protocols, ensuring that everyone was familiar with the necessary actions to take during an actual earthquake.
