The above conditions are being experienced in #Leyte(Calubian, SanIsidro, Tabango, Leyte, Capoocan, Villaba, Carigara, Kananga, MatagOb), #Biliran, #Samar(Daram, Zumarraga, SantaRita, Villareal, Talalora, Pinabacdao, Calbiga, Paranas, Motiong, Hinabangan, Jiabong, SanJorge, Gandara, Tarangnan, CalbayogCity, SantaMargarita, CityOfCatbalogan, Pagsanghan, Almagro, SantoNiño, TagapulAn and SanSebastian) which may persist within 1 to 2 hours and may affect nearby areas.
