Mayor Lovely graced the 2026 Area 1 Scouting Committee Meeting hosted by San Miguel, Leyte Mayor Norman Sabdao, together with Council Scout Executive Macel Avestruz, the Leyte Council Executive Board, Atty. Miguel Tezon, Vernon Barraza Sr., District Commissioners, and Unit Leaders.
