Mayor Lovely Yu-Castro led the Local Government Unit of Alangalang through the successful two-day assessment for the PRIME-HRM Accreditation conducted by the Civil Service Commission. The validation was facilitated by the CSC assessors: Dr. Banello Gabon, PSED Chief; Don Mark Delos Reyes, Senior HR Specialist; and Godwin Cano, Administrative Operations Staff, whose guidance and expertise greatly contributed to the thorough evaluation process. This milestone is a testament to the strong commitment of LGU Alangalang to meritocracy, excellence in human resource management, and continuous innovation in public service. It also reflects the dedicated efforts of the Human Resource Office, headed by Rex Caraballa, whose leadership played a vital role in preparing and advancing the municipality’s HR systems and practices.
