Mayor Lovely Yu-Castro warmly welcomed Social Work student-interns from City College of Ormoc during a courtesy call at the Office of the Municipal Mayor before the start of their internship at the Bahay Pag-Asa in Alangalang.

The interns will be deployed to the facility as part of their academic fieldwork, where they will gain practical experience in providing social welfare services and supporting the rehabilitation and development of children in conflict with the law and children at risk. Joining the courtesy call was Bahay Pag-Asa Coordinator Mr. Lizer Peralta, RSW, who expressed his commitment to guiding the interns throughout their placement.
