Mayor Lovely Yu attended DSWD’s Release of Seed Capital Fund for the Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) participants in Alangalang, Leyte last December 05, 2025. This initiative aims to empower beneficiaries to start or expand their livelihood projects and further strengthen community-based enterprises.
