LGU ALANGALANG FOR ELEVATED GOVERNANCE! Mayor Lovely Yu-Castro, Vice Mayor Mario Bague, the Members of the Sangguniang Bayan, ABC President Sarah Apurillo, and SK Federation President Chols Tan attended the Refresher Course for Re-elected Local Officials with the theme “Transformative Leadership for Elevated Governance” held at the Waterfront Hotel, Lahug, Cebu City last August 26–28, 2025. This training equips our leaders with enhanced skills in policy-making, leadership, and effective service delivery – ensuring that every Alangalangnon will benefit from better programs, services, and opportunities in the next three years.
