KITA: LGU ALANGALANG RECEIVES FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE DURING “BAWAT BAYAN MAKIKINABANG” ACTIVITY

Mayor Lovely Yu-Castro personally attended the Eastern Visayas Bawat Bayan Makikinabang activity held at the Tacloban City Astrodome last week, where she formally received Php 200,000.00 financial assistance for each barangay in the Municipality of Alangalang. The assistance was personally awarded by President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr., and will be distributed to the barangays for priority community programs. According to the President, Php 100,000.00 will be allocated for scholarships benefiting five (5) students per barangay, while another Php 100,000.00 will be used for a development project aimed at further improving each barangay.
