Executive Order No. 2026-009 Series of 2026

Mayor Lovely Yu-Castro has issued Executive Order No. 2026-009 Series of 2026 or an Order Declaring the Suspension of Classes at ALL LEVELS in BOTH PUBLIC and PRIVATE SCHOOLS in the Municipality of Alangalang, Leyte on January 16, 2026 (Friday) due to Tropical Storm “ADA” (Nokaen). This suspension is being issued to ensure the safety and protection of the public against the possible effects brought about by Heavy Rainfall. We strongly urge everyone to remain indoors, stay vigilant, take precautionary measures, and continuously monitor official government announcements and advisories for further updates.
