To ensure the safety and smooth execution of the Fiesta nightly activities, the Alangalang, Leyte Emergency Operations Center (EOC) was activated in coordination with the Event Management Team (EMT) from June 9 to 18, 2024.

The joint effort was aimed at managing the large crowds and coordinating emergency response measures during the festivities. The EOC and EMT worked together to implement safety protocols, monitor event activities, and address any incidents that arose.
