(DAR) Provincial Office paid a Courtesy Call to Mayor Lovely Yu-Castro

IN PHOTOS: Representatives from the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Provincial Office paid a courtesy call to Mayor Lovely Yu-Castro yesterday relative to their future visit for the documentation of success stories of DAR program beneficiaries in the municipality. The meeting also served as an opportunity to strengthen the partnership between the DAR and the Local Government Unit in supporting local farmers, particularly the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs). Meanwhile, Engr. Serkin Toni Baleros, ARPO I, told Mayor Yu-Castro that DAR could help Alangalang in constructing Farm-to-Market Roads to ease the transportation of local agri-products. On the other hand, Mayor Yu-Castro expressed her appreciation for the DAR’s continued efforts to uplift the lives of farmers and reaffirmed the LGU’s commitment to collaborate in promoting agricultural development and rural progress.
