DAR Officials Meet with Mayor Lovely Yu-Castro on IPARC Project

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒: Representatives from the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Provincial Office–Leyte, together with the DAR Municipal Office (DARMO) Alangalang, paid a courtesy visit to the Local Government Unit of Alangalang last July 7, 2026, for a meeting with Mayor Lovely Yu-Castro to discuss the implementation of the Inclusive Partnership for Agrarian Reform Communities (IPARC) Project. The meeting underscored the shared commitment of DAR and the LGU to strengthen collaboration in advancing sustainable agricultural development, empowering agrarian reform communities, and creating more inclusive opportunities for local farmers through the IPARC initiative.
