Civil Service Commission’s Courtesy Call to Mayor Lovely Yu-Castro

The Local Government Unit of Alangalang is set to take a significant step toward strengthening its human resource management systems as Ms. Marjorie Ann Fabella-Cadiz of the Civil Service Commission paid a courtesy call to Mayor Lovely Yu-Castro and extended technical assistance to support the LGU Alangalang’s application for the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM). The initiative aims to guide the LGU in meeting PRIME-HRM standards, positioning Alangalang to become the first LGU in Leyte to achieve PRIME-HRM accreditation.
