HIGHLIGHTS: Barangay Agrarian Reform Council (BARC) convened a meeting with Mayor Lovely Yu-Castro yesterday at the Brgy. Hall, Brgy. Mudboron, to discuss the proposed construction of a bypass road connecting Brgy. Mudboron and Brgy. San Vicente. Present during the meeting were Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs), representatives from the DPWH Leyte 1st District Engineering Office, the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Provincial Office Legal Department, and selected department heads from LGU Alangalang. The consultation highlighted the importance of the bypass road in improving accessibility, boosting local economic activities, and ensuring ease of transport for both farmers and residents.
