Announcement on the CCA’s status and the conduct of a Public Forum on July 20, 2026

To all prospective students and everyone inquiring about the status of the opening of the Community College of Alangalang (CCA): Thank you for your interest in becoming part of the CCA. We appreciate your enthusiasm and continued support. Please be informed that, once authorized to operate, CCA will initially offer one academic program only: the Bachelor of Science in Criminology (BSCrim). No official announcement has been released yet because the Public Forum for the Selection of the College Administrator must first be conducted. We encourage everyone to attend the Public Forum on July 20, 2026 (Monday), at 8:00 AM at the Alangalang Public Plaza. Following the Public Forum and the completion of the remaining institutional requirements of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), the opening of classes this August will depend on CHED’s approval and the issuance of the Authority to Operate the CCA. Until an official announcement is issued, we kindly ask everyone to avoid relying on unofficial information and to wait only for updates released through the official communication channels of the LGU.
