Alangalang Joins Dagyaw 2025: Strengthening Open Government and Civic Engagement The Municipality of Alangalang proudly participated in the Dagyaw Open Government Town Hall Meeting held at the People’s Center, Tacloban City. Dagyaw, organized by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), is a platform for dialogue and collaboration between government and citizens. It aims to promote transparency, accountability, and participatory governance by providing an open space for meaningful conversations on local and national issues. Alongside LGU functionaries, the main actors in this town hall were our committed Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), whose voices and insights help shape responsive governance for all.
