𝐈𝐂𝐘𝐌𝐈: The Municipal Health Office spearheaded the orientation for Barangay Health Workers on the implementation of the Anti-Smoking Ordinance last week at the Executive Room, Office of the Municipal Mayor.

The activity aimed to strengthen their knowledge and understanding of the ordinance, including its provisions, penalties, and the role of Barangay Health Workers in promoting smoke-free communities. During the orientation, participants were informed about the harmful effects of smoking and secondhand smoke, as well as the importance of enforcing smoke-free public places. The Municipal Health Office also discussed strategies for community awareness, monitoring, and reporting violations to ensure proper implementation of the ordinance.
